Partner Information

NHS, Pharmaceutical Partners and Private Clinics

Pharmasure has the know-how, the resources and the commitment to provide an excellent quality homecare service. A strategy of ‘controlled growth’ means that quality will be maintained, regardless of other opportunities Pharmasure might be presented with.

Pharmasure has demonstrated its extremely high quality, customer service and clear reporting and invoicing through its excellent track-record in the field of Fertility and IVF, having excellent credentials in this therapy area. Many of the despatches made comprise products requiring cold-chain maintenance (2-8°C) and have been sent using either validated cold-packs or a specialist cold-chain courier.

Building Relationships

We believe in building relationships based on trust, integrity, interdependence and win-win principles. Our approach to building relationships is based on 3 key themes:

  • Understanding Needs

We place great emphasis on understanding the needs and expectations of all those to whom we provide a service. This involves regular and frequent communication and the soliciting of feedback/ranking of our performance.

  • Engagement

We develop Stakeholder Management Plans to ensure that we capture the above and deal with issues/opportunities in a proactive, objective and measurable manner. This approach includes our mechanistic approaches to communicating with and reporting to our key stakeholders.

  • Interdependence

We invest significant time in building relationships. All our staff are selected based on their interpersonal skills and their ability to behave in a service-oriented manner. Our genuine desire is to enable the success of all those we deal with.

Invoicing and Reporting

Pharmasure’s background in designing and specifying homecare services from a supplier/client standpoint means we understand how good information can be of benefit to the marketing effort of the supplying company or client.  Pharmasure has designed its systems from the outset to be able to provide clear, concise, useful information for clients, providers and payers.

Invoices are generated as each despatch is made.  At the end of the month, Pharmasure sends all invoices together with a summary sheet to the authority responsible for settlement of the account making it easy for them to check and validate the invoices.

Reports are generated that can provide data for sales/despatches or volume sub-totalled by unit, by product and by individual patient despatch, in chronological order.  Further bespoke reports can also be generated as agreed with the client.  These reports are clear, easy to read and represent a further competitive advantage for Pharmasure and the client company as they add significant value to our already high quality service.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions can be received from hospitals, clinics or GPs and can be NHS or private.  We can invoice hospitals, other trusts, clinics or insurance companies or, alternatively can take payment directly from patients where this is required.

Repeat prescriptions are scheduled in for processing using our system so that our customer care team can arrange for the prescription to be available and the patient contacted for delivery as required.

Nurse Visits

Many patients require nurse visits at the commencement of their treatment in order to receive instruction on devices, reconstitution (where necessary) and self administration.  Nurse visits may also be required for patient compliance issues when changing from one product or device to another.  Where nurse visits are made, a visit report is completed by the nurse and sent to the GP/consultant.

Visits are recorded and they are summarised at the end of the month so that the invoices for these visits can be easily checked by the authority responsible for payment.

NHS Partnerships

Pharmasure focuses on providing quality real-world solution based services around the requirements of both the NHS partner and it’s patients.
